Tertia ("the App") is developed by Mark Martin. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your
rights.
On-Device Data: Your gameplay history is stored locally on your device. This includes Time Attack high scores
(score, duration, date), Daily Puzzle completions and streak history, and your in-app preferences (color scheme,
sound and haptic toggles, onboarding completion, last mode played). This data lives in your device's standard app
storage and is not transmitted to any server we operate.
The App does not currently collect account information, analytics events, crash logs, location data, or any other
identifying information.
We do not collect or store personal information, account credentials, or contact information.
We do not collect or transmit your location.
We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
We do not sell, rent, or share data with third parties for marketing purposes.
